1 pound ground beef
3 ounces water (omit since you reduce it anyway?)
1 ounce apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup (preferably "Brooks")
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 clove garlic
4 burger buns
Brown beef in non-stick skilled and drain. Whisk together water, ketchup, sugar, chili powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Combine drained beef and sauce in skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
